I have been teaching yoga classes outdoor in the park lately and it has been a great experience to be in the nature. It is also an execllent opportunity to connect with the elements around and actually feel the breeze and the sound of the nature.
It was great to see the students getting into the flow 'Vinyasa' of the sequence and bringing their awareness into the breathe.
People from all modes of life come to practice yoga and to see if they can let go of any expectations and judgements of themselves and just be there, enjoy and have fun.
It has been a fulfilling experience so far to see everyone leave the class feeling like a different person with whatever they choose to be.
Namaste.

Hunching while working at your desk for hours?
Do you sit at your desk for hours at work?
Do you start hunching after a while looking at the computer?
Try a standing Camel pose!
Step 1. Stand up tall.
Step 2. Lift your shoulders up, back and then down.
Step 3. From that position interlace your fingers at the back OR just place them on your lower back.
Step 4. Slight bend backwards upto a reasonable arch and feel the shoulders and chest stretch.
Step 5. Repeat this few times a day.
There you go. Another simple and straight forward tip to reduce daily aches and pains
